These terms cover your use of the Work Cockpit application and this website. Using either means you accept them.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Work Cockpit on machines you control, for as long as your plan is active. You may not redistribute, resell, rent out or sublicense the app, and you may not reverse engineer it except where the law says you may regardless of this clause.
Work Cockpit runs commands on servers you tell it to. It can restart services, install operating-system updates, change DNS records and generate real load during tests. Those actions are yours. We have no way to know whether you are allowed to administer a given machine or domain, and we do not undo what a command did.
You are responsible for having authorisation for every host and domain you point the app at, for the credentials you enter, and for your own backups. Destructive operations ask for confirmation and say what they will affect; read them.
Paid plans are billed as shown at purchase. Where the app is bought through Apple, Apple handles the payment, the receipt and any refund under their own terms, and a subscription is cancelled in your Apple account settings rather than here.
The app is provided as it is. We do not promise it is free of defects, nor that it fits a particular purpose of yours. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profit, downtime, or damage arising from how the app was used — including a command it carried out at your instruction. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may stop using the app at any time. We may end this licence if these terms are breached. Your local data stays on your machine either way; you can export it from Settings before you go.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
